Yesterday, on the first Easter day that even was colder than at Christmas, we had a simple, yet tasty dinner. To prepare p
ork fillet with fried potatoes, corn and applesauce didn't cost much of my time. So it was a very relaxed day with lots of tangling, more about that another time!!
The "pièce de résistance" however is the dessert: advocaat-tiramisu, our little family tradition at Easter (and Christmas, and birthdays, and so on, LOL). I always prepare it the day before, so the flavors can blend and the macaroons can absorb the coffee.
