Advocaat-tiramisu, an Easter tradition

Yesterday, on the first Easter day that even was colder than at Christmas, we had a simple, yet tasty dinner. To prepare pork fillet with fried potatoes, corn and applesauce didn't cost much of my time. So it was a very relaxed day with lots of tangling, more about that another time!!
The "pièce de résistance" however is the dessert: advocaat-tiramisu, our little family tradition at Easter (and Christmas, and birthdays, and so on, LOL). I always prepare it the day before, so the flavors can blend and the macaroons can absorb the coffee.

Soaking the macaroons
Adding the mascarpone cream
Ready!
As with all previous occasions, there was little talk when the dish was on the table.... ;-))

I will upload the recipe on a new page Recipes as soon as possible!!
